Contact us on WhatsApp to get started.
Share your details (name, address, and preferred plan), and we’ll handle the rest.
Once your order is confirmed, we’ll deliver your plug-and-play router to your doorstep.
- Step 2: Insert the SIM Card
move the SIM card from the envelope provided.
Insert it into the SIM slot at the back of the router.
- Step 3: Power Up the Router
Connect the router to a power source using the provided adapter.
Wait for the power indicator to light up, indicating the router is ready.
- Step 4: Connect Your Devices
On your smartphone, laptop, or other devices, search for the Wi-Fi network name (SSID) listed on the back of the router.
Enter the Wi-Fi password (also found on the back of the router) to connect.
- Step 5: Optimize Your Router Placement
For the best performance, place the router:
Near a window for better signal reception.
Away from electronic devices like microwaves or cordless phones to avoid interference.
- Step 6: Relocation (If Needed)
You can relocate your Home Wireless router once per month at no extra charge by calling 101.
Additional relocations within the same month will incur a fee of AED 100 (VAT excluded) per instance.
